Shari Robbins, CPC

Founder & CEO

For 25 years as an executive in healthcare operations consulting, I’ve assisted hundreds of people facilitate change. Through this experience, I’m trusted to step into pivotal conversations when executives seek strategy, teams wrestle with alignment, or individuals face personal crossroads. I’ve learned that the real power of progress lies not just in the plan itself, but in how it empowers individuals to reach their goals. It is this human side of change that energizes me most and what prompted me to become a Certified Professional Life Coach.

My approach, regardless of the hat I wear (consultant, educator, coach, or facilitator), is grounded in authentic possibility through the utilization of a project management method I developed called Portion Control Opportunities (PCOs). Originally designed to help organizations sift through and prioritize complex objectives, PCOs evolved into a life management method when personal hardships tested my own resilience. I applied the proven framework of breaking the weight of life’s big picture into smaller, more “digestible” steps, to help me, and now those I work with, to focus on achievable change, one piece at a time.

Whether I’m speaking to live audiences, sharing insights on podcasts, or working one-on-one, my passion is helping people navigate change with structure, compassion, and connection; Because I believe meaningful conversations lead to clarity, clarity leads to courage, and courage leads to transformation.

Principal, Advisory & Operations

I’ve always been driven by one truth: when people see the best in themselves, they achieve more than they ever imagined. I am known for seeing untapped potential and helping colleagues recognize their own star power. I am drawn to people and organizations that already perform well but who aim to go from good to extraordinary. My approach is both sharply strategic and deeply human, always willing to make the courageous business decisions needed and to execute with humanity.

As an HR executive, strategist, and leadership coach in the ever-challenging arena of healthcare, I have seen firsthand how professional growth and personal fulfillment intertwine. I’ve discovered that work can be fun and even setbacks hold valuable lessons and meaning. I act with optimistic clarity, knowing that excellence isn’t just about standards, it is about embracing challenges and making work feel full of possibility.

Who do you know who I might help clarify what they truly want, now or in the future, for their next great personal or professional opportunity? When positivity meets purpose, the transformation can be remarkable, and my proven track record speaks for itself.

“My approach is both strategic and deeply human—structured enough to drive results, yet encouraging enough to keep momentum fueled by optimism and joy.”
