Shari Robbins, CPC

Founder. Coach. Facilitator. Speaker.

For 25 years as an executive in healthcare operations consulting, I’ve assisted hundreds of people facilitate change. Through this experience, I’m trusted to step into pivotal conversations when executives seek strategy, teams wrestle with alignment, or individuals face personal crossroads. I’ve learned that the real power of progress lies not just in the plan itself, but in how it empowers individuals to reach their goals. It is this human side of change that energizes me most and what prompted me to become a Certified Professional Life Coach.

My approach as a life coach and facilitator draws on my work as both a consultant and educator. I developed and continue to utilize with clients a project management method called Portion Control Opportunities (PCOs). Originally designed to help organizations sift through and prioritize complex objectives, PCOs evolved into a life management method when personal hardships tested my own resilience. I applied the proven framework of breaking the weight of life’s big picture into smaller, more “digestible” steps, to help me, and now those I work with, to focus on achievable change, one piece at a time.

Whether I’m speaking to live audiences, sharing insights on podcasts, or working one-on-one, my passion is helping people navigate change with structure, compassion, and connection; Because I believe meaningful conversations lead to clarity, clarity leads to courage, and courage leads to transformation.

Meet Patricia samra, cpc.

Coach. Consultant. Leader.

For more than 30 years, I’ve built my career in healthcare—an environment where excellence is both valued and vital. As a nurse, HR executive, and strategist, I’ve seen firsthand how professional growth and personal fulfillment intertwine. Whether guiding teams through change, mentoring emerging leaders, or designing systems that help organizations thrive, I’ve always been driven by one truth: when people see the best in themselves, they achieve more than they ever imagined.

I strive for excellence in my work and encourage it in others—not as perfection, but as a commitment to realizing our full potential with purpose and integrity. My strength lies in seeing untapped potential—helping people recognize their own star power and inspiring them to pursue it with courage and clarity.

And yet, excellence isn’t just about standards—it’s also about spirit.

I believe work can be fun, growth can be exciting, and even setbacks can hold meaning. I celebrate every achievement, find reasons to laugh through the challenges, and refuse to lose sight of what’s possible. Because when positivity meets purpose, transformation becomes inevitable.

I’m drawn to people and organizations that already perform well—but want to be world-class. Together, we uncover what’s working, what’s possible, and what it takes to elevate from good to extraordinary.

“My approach is both strategic and deeply human—structured enough to drive results, yet encouraging enough to keep momentum fueled by optimism and joy.”
