About Shari Robbins, CPC
Founder & CEO
For 25 years as an executive in healthcare operations consulting, I’ve assisted hundreds of people in facilitating change. Through this experience, I’m trusted to step into pivotal conversations when executives seek strategy, teams wrestle with alignment, or individuals face personal crossroads.
I’ve learned that the real power of progress lies not just in the plan itself, but in how it empowers individuals to reach their goals. It is this human side of change that energizes me most, and what prompted me to become a Certified Professional Life Coach.
Whether I’m speaking to live audiences, sharing insights on podcasts, or working one-on-one, my passion is helping people navigate change with structure, compassion, and connection; Because I believe meaningful conversations lead to clarity, clarity leads to courage, and courage leads to transformation.
My Approach
My approach, regardless of the hat I wear (consultant, educator, coach, or facilitator), is grounded in authentic possibility through the utilization of a project management method I developed called Portion Control Opportunities (PCOs). Originally designed to help organizations sift through and prioritize complex objectives, PCOs evolved into a life management method when personal hardships tested my own resilience. I applied the proven framework of breaking the weight of life’s big picture into smaller, more “digestible” steps, to help me, and now those I work with, to focus on achievable change, one piece at a time.
Real leaders, genuine impact
“I really took what Shari said to heart about true work hustle. She was totally spot on. I had been working on things, but not the right things, and now I’m able to connect the dots.”
